In 2019, Daniele and his wife Alessia took over the reins of the family vineyards, which until then had been leased to third parties. Through an unwavering commitment to sustainability and guided by their passion and rationality, they carefully follow each stage of the production process. Their philosophy is reflected in the production of 1,000 bottles of Dolcetto d'Alba Bricco Paris 2021, where careful selection of grapes from the east and west sides of the vineyard ensures an optimal balance between sugar and acidity. The vineyard, called Bricco Paris, is distinguished by relatively small, savory clusters, while vinification takes place in stainless steel with maceration on the skins.

The winery, located on the border between Alba and Grinzane Cavour, in the heart of the Langa, also produces 1,500 bottles of Barbera d'Alba 2020, with grapes from different exposures. With traditional winemaking and aging in steel and tonneau, it produces a wine that faithfully represents the terroir. The 1,500 bottles of Nebbiolo d'Alba 2020, on the other hand, come exclusively from the vineyard with western exposure, with vinification similar to that of Barbera.
