Adriano Marco e Vittorio
Alba, CN
The Adriano Family represents one of Piedmont's most authentic winemaking traditions. Since the early 1900s, when Giuseppe Adriano and his wife Teresa started the farm, this company has been a perfect example of family management. Over the years, Aldo Adriano and his wife Maddalena purchased the first farmstead in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, marking an important step in the winery's history.
In the 1990s, with the entry of Marco and Vittorio and their wives Luciana and Grazia, the winery underwent considerable expansion, taking Adriano wines to international markets. The farming wisdom of parents Renzo, Rosa, Aldo and Maddalena has always guided the new generations, passing on valuable knowledge.
Since 2014, Vittorio's daughter Michela has joined her mother Grazia as export manager, ensuring a promising future for the winery, with the new generations represented by Elisa, Andrea and Sofia already ready to pick up the baton.
The Adriano Marco and Vittorio winery, located in Alba in the hamlet of San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, grows and vinifies only estate-grown grapes, with the goal of producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Langhe. With an acreage of 50 hectares, 30 of which are planted to Nebbiolo da Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato Bianco, and 10 hectares of hazelnuts, the Adriano family continues to cultivate a passion for the land and its fruits, offering high-quality wines that tell a story of tradition and innovation.
