At the beginning of the pastry class, Gabriella will tell you about the fascinating path that led her to become a master pastry chef. She will then talk to you about the desserts you will prepare together, starting with their history and going on to show you the ingredients and explain the recipe for making them.
Preparation and Tasting
Next, getting to the heart of the pastry course, Gabriella will guide you through the preparation of the dessert you have decided to cook. All easy preparations that you can repeat at home in different variations, thanks to Gabriella's recipes. Don't forget to let us know your choice from the options listed well in advance, as well as any allergies, intolerances or other requests. The recipes are adaptable for vegetarians.
The pastry class will conclude with a tasting of the desserts prepared together. You will then have plenty of time to chat with Gabriella to ask her any questions you want and learn more about her history as a master pastry chef.
