Francesco will welcome you to his artisanal pastry and chocolate workshop, where he brings his refined and exquisite creations to life. The uncluttered style and soft but bold tones reflect Francesco's personality, emphasizing the infinite shapes and colors of his sweet products.
At the beginning of the pastry class, Francesco will tell you about his journey as a master pastry chef and talk about the desserts you will prepare together, showing you the ingredients you will use and preparing you for an unforgettable multi-sensory journey.
Preparation and Tasting
In the midst of the pastry experience, Francesco will guide you through the processing of the dessert you have decided to make. These are all easy preparations that you can repeat at home, thanks to Francesco's recipe book. Don't forget to let us know your choice from the options listed above well in advance, as well as any allergies, intolerances or other requests you may have. All menus are suitable for celiacs and adaptable for lactose intolerant and vegans.
In the waiting moments during the preparation of the dessert, you will be able to taste the individual raw materials used. The pastry class will end with a tasting of the dessert prepared together. You will then have time to chat with Francesco to ask him all the questions you want and learn more about his history as a master pastry chef and chocolatier.
