The world of rice is waiting to be discovered: with Experiencing Rice discover its origins, processing, production cycles, curiosities and uses in the kitchen, organoleptic properties and why not... learn how to find the flaws to avoid mistakes in the frying pan.
Accompanying you in the rice experience will be Dario Bertoli, rice sommelier and true expert on the subject, who will guide you on the journey to discover the secrets and curiosities of the product.

- 'Rice Experience', a tour of the company and 1 hour of training on the world of rice thanks to rice sommelier Dario Bertoli in the dedicated room at gliAironi
- Introduction to the world of the gliAironi company
- Explanation of curiosities about rice through the projection of slides and images of the campaign
- Brief hints on sensory analysis to recognise Italian rice varieties: you will learn how to smell them from a goblet to reach each aroma and recognise the defects with a special board on which we will have fun selecting the best grains
- Small practical demonstration of how rice is milled: a mini rice mill (the Resatrice) will be operated to see the process of rice milling, from raw to white.
- Risotto Show cooking: demonstration and preparation of a risotto in the equipped kitchen, with final tasting.
