Day Program:
- 9:30 - 10:00: Arrival and welcome
- 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Module on fermentation
- 13:00 - 14:00: Lunch provided by Veghu
- 14:00 - 17:00: Module on plant-based cheeses, closing and greetings

- Theoretical and practical concepts on fermentation and plant-based cheeses
