This is not just a cooking class, but an engaging workshop where you will learn how to create Piedmontese dishes such as bread, raviolini del plin and bonet.
Under the expert guidance of the chef, you will literally put your hands to work in the preparation of these delicacies, using techniques and recipes handed down through the ages. Once the creations are complete, we will all sit down together to enjoy our freshly prepared dishes, accompanied by the estate's own wines.
But the surprises don't end there! At the end of the experience, each participant will receive a gift from the Chef, guaranteeing an unforgettable memory of this day. In addition, notes will be provided to jot down recipes and a bottle of wine for every two participants, so that you can take home not only the knowledge gained, but also a little of the taste of our estate.
