- SHAO-MAI: Chinese steamed dumplings filled with shrimp, mushrooms and pork, renowned for their unique taste and flower-like shape.
- KA-NOM-JIB: Thai shrimp dumplings, whose name means "pleated dumpling" in the Thai language, represent a combination of Chinese and Thai flavors.
- GYOZA: Japanese meat dumplings, with a thin dough and pork filling, cooked in a pan to make a delicious crust.
