Choose from two options: fresh handmade pasta or traditional Romagna piadina. During the course, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine as you learn the techniques and tricks used by Casa Artusi chefs.
With a focus on local raw materials, you will have the opportunity to learn about the products of Emilia-Romagna or Romagna and learn how best to use them in the preparation of dishes.
After the course, enjoy a guided tour of Casa Artusi to discover the history and legacy of Pellegrino Artusi, the author of the famous Italian cookbook. You will be introduced to the secrets behind his recipes and his influence on Italian home cooking.
Finally, delight your palate with a lunch of authentic Romagna products. To take the memories of this experience home with you, you will receive a Casa Artusi apron in printed Romagna cloth and a small handout containing the recipes and insights from the cooking class.
