All the dishes on the menu, which is updated seasonally, are rigorously prepared by the chef using top-quality raw materials of artisanal origin.

The main feature is the carefully selected craft beers of all types, from classic to more complex and exclusive, including gluten-free beers. The beers are selected from small independent Italian and agricultural breweries that offer beers with unmistakable and unique flavours.
