Mara dei Boschi

Mara dei boschi is a research project born in Turin and developed in Milan and Barolo.

The idea is to have created a small model of innovative and stimulating proposals, through the contamination of flavours and emotions, harmoniously balanced. 

This happens through the products: ice cream, chocolate and coffee.

The workshops confront each other by working at different temperatures, playing and exploring the potential of common elements and enhancing diversity, with the aim of offering an experience that involves everyone.
