Baladin Open Garden
"Because Beer is Earth and sharing!": this is the essence of the Baladin Open Garden, a place for sharing where you can discover the bond that surrounds nature, agriculture, live beer and much more! A place where you can gather with your family or friends to spend moments of relaxation in serenity and harmony with nature.
There are two proposals for hospitality on the farmstead: the beer garden and the bistro.
BIRRERIA with 15 beers on tap and classic piozzese pub dishes flanked by an expanded and renewed offer. The premises will be developed on the ground floor, in the former barn, which will be extended thanks to the beautiful dehors that will allow you to live in contact with the garden.
The Baladin agricultural brewery was founded as a brewpub (direct production and pouring) in 1996 in Piozzo, a small village in the Langhe in the province of Cuneo, by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso. In the course of its history, it has changed location several times following the growth of production needs: from the few dozen square metres stolen from the pub, to the larger space obtained from Teo's parents' chicken coop, to finally arrive at the modern and spacious current premises housed in the Baladin Open Garden. All the places that have hosted the Piedmontese brewery have one thing in common: considering the production area as an open space to welcome and to tell stories.
