Thanks to the photos taken over the years and shared on Instagram, they have created a gastronomic journey of more than 1,000 images: above all risottos, but also arancine, sformati, rice salads and all the dishes that the imagination of starred chefs and culinary connoisseurs have put into making their rice dishes.

By purchasing this experience you will receive the book as a gift, a culinary rainbow made to make you wonder and inspire you in the kitchen: choose from the ingredients listed with the hashtags and make your own recipe.

But it doesn't end there! You will have the opportunity to entirely visit the Colombara Estate, the home of Acquerello Rice: you will be taken on a guided tour lasting 2 hours, to discover a world-cascina developed since the 1400s.
