Who doesn't like to take a break every now and then and spoil themselves a little?

Neh Experience offers you the solution, proposing a new wine and food tour with perfect pairings for the most refined palates.

The afternoon starts with a visit to the cellar at the Rizieri winery, located in Diano d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe: an estate covering an area of 14 hectares, 7.5 of which are vineyards. The winery proposes an oenological journey to discover some of the wines of the area: Laghe Arneis, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Merlot to which, finally, and it could not be otherwise, a glass of Barolo will be added. A tasting of local cheeses and cured meats will be served as accompaniment, along with hazelnuts and focaccia.

But it doesn't end there. Why not also take advantage of a tasty gastronomic aperitif from the family-run Serralunga Casa Mia? 

The tasting route consists of sampling the typical flavours of the area and will be as follows:

• Selection of cured meats ;
• Journey through Alta Langa - robiola di Roccaverano (goat), toma di Bossolasco (cow), toma di Murazzano (sheep) ;
• Stone-ground bread ;
• Hazelnut cake from Alta Langa (gluten-free, lactose-free).

Paired with 2 glasses of wine per person from Luigi Vico's Wine Selection:

• Moscato Secco;
• Roero Arneis DOCG;
• Langhe DOC Chardonnay;
• Langhe DOC Dolcetto;
• Langhe DOC Barbera;
• Moscato Dolce;
• Vermouth di Torino Ambrato.
