Due to its configuration and dominant position with respect to the town, the Rocca di Arignano is a landmark for the entire surrounding area.

Situated in the hills between Turin and Monferrato, about 20 km from the centre of Turin and a few minutes from that of Chieri, it is a rare example of military Gothic architecture in this area that has managed to survive in a good state of preservation to this day.
