We are at the foot of Barolo where Cascina Adelaide stands. Perfectly set in the landscape, the winery is a pearl characterised by visionary design.

There are eleven hectares under vine and in nine of these, Nebbiolo is cultivated, from which one of the most important wines in the world originates: Barolo.

Cascina Adelaide produces no less than six different labels of Barolo, each with its own unique organoleptic profile. If you want to get to know the different facets of the territory and one of the most important wines in the world, this is the right place, where expertise and passion are not lacking.

Second stage of the route:
Barolo, Locanda In Cannubi.

In the heart of the Langhe, in the territory of the king of wines, Barolo, a location steeped in history and experience, Locanda in Cannubi.

Surrounded by a postcard-perfect panorama, among the green hills and famous vineyards characteristic of the Langhe, the traditional menu proposed by the inn's chefs will complete your magical experience.

• Appetizer: Langa nel Piatto (5 samples of traditional Piedmontese appetizers), paired with a glass of Alta Langa.
• First course: Plin della tradizione con ristretto di vitello, accompanied by a glass of Barbera.
• Second course: Veal rump in Barolo wine reduction, accompanied by a glass of Barolo.
• Dessert and coffee.
