This tasting tour is intended as a first approach to discovering the Monferrato Astigiano through the wines of Tenuta Garetto and the dishes proposed by Civico 15.

Agliano Terme (At), Tenuta Garetto

An experience dedicated to discovering the wines of the area, the organoleptic differences, how much the imprint of the terroir is fundamental for the final result, what is tasted in the glass, differing in perfumes, colours, taste.

Tenuta Garetto will therefore be comparing two protagonists of the Piedmontese wine-growing landscape through an ad hoc tasting.

Second stage of the itinerary:

Canelli (At), Civico 15.

Made headlines for winning the Asti episode of Alessandro Borghese's 4 Ristoranti, Civico 15 led by Manuela Scavino is a reference point for those who love Piedmontese cuisine, but also Sicilian cuisine.

• Barbera d'Asti Superiore vs Langhe Nebbiolo
• Nizza vs Barolo
