We at NeH Experience have tried to find an answer!

We propose it through a tour to discover two breathtaking realities in the Langhe area: the La Roncaglia farm (La Morra - CN) and the Antico Podere Tota Virginia restaurant (Serralunga d'Alba - CN).

Included in the experience

La Roncaglia:

• 2 glasses of wine per person (Barbera Superiore and Barolo)
• Accompanying platter of typical products, consisting of: Raw meat, Bra sausage, Cuneo ham and 3 cheese samples
• Cru vineyard tour + visit to the Big Bench (in the event of bad weather the winery may decide to cancel the activity)

Tota Virginia:

Tasting menu

• Amouse bouche;
• Raw amberjack, mango, green beans and parsley oil;
• Seared octopus,delicate pepper and leccino powder;
• Raviolone of castelmagno cheese and summer scorzone;
• Veal cheek with Barolo wine and fava beans with basil;
• Soft ricotta cheese, almond sand, orange zest;
• Small pastry;
• Wine pairing per person.
• Wines paired with the dishes.
